CCMNET Services Provided

CCMNET is a free, privacy-focused online platform. Users can upload files to the server to use PDF conversion, file processing and other practical tools displayed on the website (collectively referred to as the "Services"). Your use of the site and services constitutes full acceptance of all clauses herein, and you shall bear corresponding responsibilities arising from usage. No account registration or service fee is required currently.

User Conduct

Users take full responsibility for all uploaded content and operation behaviors. CCMNET reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to services if your behaviors violate laws, regulations or this agreement. You shall not use the platform in improper or illegal ways, including but not limited to:
(a) Upload or process content that infringes intellectual property rights, carries virus programs, causes privacy risks, involves spam promotion, illegal, violent, pornographic, discriminatory and defamatory information, or interferes with other users' normal use;
(b) Disrupt website operation, server network and relevant network management specifications;
(c) Violate local, national and international applicable laws and regulations;
(d) Illegally collect other users' information to send harassing messages;
(e) Upload content that advocates criminal acts or provides illegal operation guidance;
(f) Attempt to obtain unauthorized data and resources on the platform.

Personal Use

All services are available for personal and commercial daily use. Users shall not reproduce, modify, resell, distribute, create derivative works or conduct commercial exploitation of any part of the platform services without authorization.

Fees

All site functions and services are free of charge for the time being. CCMNET reserves the right to adjust charging rules and service charging standards at any time.

Intellectual Property Rights

Service Content, Software and Trademarks

All website content, system software and trademark logos are protected by intellectual property laws. Without official authorization, users are prohibited from copying, crawling, leasing, selling, disassembling source code and developing derivative works. Automated data collection tools such as crawlers and mining programs are forbidden. Legally uploaded personal files are excluded from this restriction.

Third Party Material

CCMNET shall not be liable for content released by third-party users. The platform has no obligation to pre-check all content, but retains the right to delete non-compliant content at its discretion. Users independently judge content validity and bear all risks of browsing and using third-party materials. Some content may contain sensitive information, you use the service at your own risk.

User Content Transmitted Through the Service

You confirm that you own all legal rights of uploaded files and materials. CCMNET only provides file processing platform, does not obtain ownership of user content, and grants limited non-exclusive use permission for normal service operation. The platform is not responsible for content modification generated during processing.

Analysis and Retention of User Content

CCMNET will not actively analyze uploaded user files, and users bear full responsibility for uploaded content. All processed files will be automatically deleted from the server within 15 minutes after task completion. Users acknowledge the automatic deletion rule and waive related claim rights. The platform shall not be held liable if file deletion fails due to unexpected reasons.

The platform does not collect personal sensitive information from uploaded files, and cannot guarantee absolute data security. Relevant content may be retained or disclosed only when required by legal procedures, official orders, right protection and platform rule enforcement.

E-Signatures

The electronic signature function provided by the site follows the 15-minute automatic deletion rule. After the signature operation is completed, users need to save and keep documents by themselves. CCMNET assumes no responsibility for signature validity loss and document loss caused by deletion. You use this function at your own risk.

Indemnity and Release

You agree to compensate and exempt CCMNET, its staff and affiliates from all losses, compensation claims, legal costs and attorney fees caused by your violation of this agreement, improper use of services and infringement of third-party rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CCMNET excludes all explicit and implicit quality guarantees, and does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, safe and fully functional service experience, as well as data accuracy and expected use effect.

Limitation of Liability

CCMNET shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages, including profit loss, data loss and reputation loss, arising from service access failure, unauthorized data access, third-party behaviors and other usage related incidents.

Governing Law and Venue

This agreement is governed by the local laws of Tennessee State, United States. All disputes arising from service use shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of local courts in Davidson County, Tennessee. You abandon objection to jurisdiction venue. The losing party shall bear all litigation expenses and attorney fees when the platform defends its legitimate rights and interests.

Miscellaneous

If any clause of this agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses still remain legally effective. CCMNET can revise service terms at any time, and continued website use represents acceptance of updated rules.

Refund Policy

All paid products support a 30-day unconditional refund guarantee. You can apply for full refund within 30 days from the purchase date if unsatisfied. Funds will be returned to the original payment channel. Refund applications beyond the time limit will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled voluntarily in account settings. Service access remains available until the end of the current billing cycle, and no subsequent charges will be deducted. Cancellation will not trigger automatic refund, please submit refund application separately within the guarantee period.
